The atmosphere and ambiance was great, the server was super friendly. The food was good but it took an hour and a half to get our dinner order, and we had to go up to the bar and ask for our appetizers when they didn't arrive after 30min. I give the girl credit though she was cooking and bartending alone.

Best fried chicken in Portland. Don't tell anyone. Unfortunately their sauce game is severely lacking, but it doesn't matter because the chicken is absolutely phenomenal and the jojos are the best you'll ever have.

First off mad props to the woman running the whole show! She is fantastic. The food is amazing. For $10 I had the 3 leg meal and a drink. The 3 leg meal comes with 3 nice sized drumsticks and 4 huge jojos. Both are super tasty without any sauce on them. All of the food is cooked made to order so be prepared for a little bit of a wait but it is definitely work it!

Real talk tho, best fried chicken. Was I drinking excessively? Yes. Did I have drunk munchies at an ungodly time on a school night? Yes. Did I love that chicken more than my mother? No, I'm not a monster. That all said, the wait is long for food, great business plan on them. The drinks are stiff so the wait seems short. I go here everytime I'm in Portland and I'm here quite a bit.

You know when you call ahead to order chicken and Jo’s to pick up and then you’re told we’re busy you better come down it kind of defeats the whole purpose of calling ahead to order. First class thinking going on right there!
